If you’d like to attend training at the academy, please fill out the following application form in details and click on the "Confirmed" button below. You will be notified whether you are accepted or not for training. If you are accepted,your next step is to pay the $100.USD non-refundable application fee to guarantee a place for you at the academy on the date you desire to arrive.

We recommend that you submit the form one to six months prior to planned arrival in order to finish all the travel preparations, such as visa and plane tickets.

Please pay $100 application fee through transfer after you submitted your application form and are accepted . The transfer information is listed below:

VisaRite service (in USA): If you live too far away from a Chinese embassy, you can use the VisaRite Online Service. They specialize in obtaining the visa on your behalf. Just download this application form and submit it on their website. Be sure to read their all their rules and conditions and mention our school name when you apply.
